Leaving your phone number will greatly assist us in accommodating your request.

Booking Policy:  Credit or Debit Card information (number and expiration) is required to hold an appointment.  No charge will be made to the card until after the treatment or unless the party does not keep their appointment.

Late Policy:  We make every attempt to accommodate our clients.  However, arriving late may require that your treatment be completed by the scheduled ending time.  In the event that this occurs, you will be charged for the scheduled treatment.

Cancelation Policy:  24 hour advance notice.

Group Policy:  We can accommodate a maximum of four guests at a time.  Parties larger than 4 will be booked one group of four or less at a time.  Please have each group show up 15 minutes before their scheduled treatment.  Treatments can vary from person to person but the time should be the same for all guests.   A 20% gratuity will be added to your bill.  Due to the need to block out a large section of the schedule for groups we require a 72 hour advance notice of cancelation.
