Leaving your phone number will greatly assist us in accommodating your request.
Booking Policy: Credit or Debit Card information (number and expiration) is required to hold an appointment. No charge will be made to the card until after the treatment or unless the party does not keep their appointment.
Late Policy: We make every attempt to accommodate our clients. However, arriving late may require that your treatment be completed by the scheduled ending time. In the event that this occurs, you will be charged for the scheduled treatment.
Cancelation Policy: 72 hours advance notice. Failing to give 72 hours advance notice will result in you being charged for the booked service.
Group Policy: We can accommodate a maximum of four guests at a time. Parties larger than 4 will be booked one group of four or less at a time. Please have each group show up 15 minutes before their scheduled treatment. Treatments can vary from person to person but the time should be the same for all guests. Due to the need to block out a large section of the schedule for groups we require a 72 hour advance notice of cancelation.
Gift Certificates: All of the policies also apply to reservations made to use a gift certificate. If a reservation is booked and the client does not keep the appointment or fails to give adequate notice the gift certificate will be considered used and no longer valid.
