MAIS OUI MASSAGE & SPA is a boutique spa. We highly recommend appointments be made in advance. However, we do offer limited walk-ins, same day and short notice appointments.

Booking Policy: Credit or Debit Card information is required to hold an appointment. No charge for the appointment will be made to the card until after the treatment unless the party does not keep their appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or Cash.
Group Policy: We can accommodate a maximum of six guests at a time. Parties larger than six will be booked one group of six or less at a time. Please have each group show up 15 minutes before their scheduled treatment. Treatments can vary from person to person but the time should be the same for all guests of each group. Due to the need to block out a large section of the schedule for groups we require a 72 hour advance notice of cancelation.
Late Policy: We make every attempt to accommodate our clients. However, arriving late may require that your treatment be completed by the scheduled ending time. In the event that this occurs, you will be charged for the scheduled treatment.
Cancelation Policy: 72 hour advance notice of cancelation is required. Appointments not cancelled with proper advance notice will be charged for the appointment.
Gift Certificates: All of the policies also apply to reservations made to use a gift certificate. If a reservation is booked and the client does not keep the appointment or fails to give adequate notice the gift certificate will be considered used and no longer valid.
