We highly recommend appointments be made as far in advance as possible. Please book at least one day in advance.

Booking Policy: For your security and to enhance your overall experience you will be sent an invoice which can be paid anytime after receipt but, must be paid at least 48 hours in advance. The invoice is sent via email by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. We find that paying the invoice in advance makes your treatments much more relaxing since the hassle of paying afterwards is eliminated. If you choose to pay the day of your treatments please call an provide a credit card number to secure your appointment.
Group Policy: Treatments can vary from person to person. If one or more people are sharing a room it is recommended that the time should be the same so as not to disrupt the other's treaments.
Late Policy: We make every attempt to accommodate our clients. However, arriving late may require that your treatment be completed by the scheduled ending time. In the event that this occurs, you will be charged for the scheduled treatment. Traffic in Napa and Sonoma Valleys can vary greatly so we always suggest that you leave far more time than expected for travel.
Cancellation Policy: 72 hour advance notice of change, rescheduling or cancellation is required. Groups require 7 days advance notice of change, rescheduling or cancellation. Appointments not cancelled with proper advance notice will be charged for the appointment. Your credit card information supplied at the time of booking will be used to charge your account. If you have prepaid no refund will be made.
Emergencies: We understand that emergencies from time to time happen and prevent guests from keeping their appointment. If a serious event in your life makes it impossible for you to show for your appointment please contact us immediately and we will send you a gift certificate to use in the future at a more peaceful time.
Gift Certificates: All of the policies also apply to reservations made to use a gift certificate. If a reservation is booked and the client does not keep the appointment or fails to give adequate notice the gift certificate will be considered used and no longer valid.
